FITNESS CENTER ETIQUETTE
Proper attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required at all times in the Fitness Center. During periods of high usage, please respect the 30-minute limit on cardio machines. Cell phones and pagers should be turned off or please step outside to take your calls. We would appreciate all Members re-racking weights after use. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Fitness Center.
CHARGES AND GRATUITIES
Day use of locker rooms, lounges and exercise facilities including strength and cardio equipment is complimentary to BIGHORN Members. Group exercise classes are also free of charge (with the exception of TRX). Daily guest fees will be waived should your guests or family schedule a personal training session, otherwise a fee of $25 will be charged to your account.Gratuities are not included in fitness fees.
POSTURAL ASSESSMENT
Postural and structural changes can occur over time. One of the most effective ways to evaluate your body’s mechanical connections is to assess your standing posture. Set-up an appointment with our trainer to help you acheive a pain-free
active lifestyle.

PILATES INSTRUCTION
Pilates is offered on an individual basis by trained Pilates professionals. Enjoy an incredible workout on our Reformer and Cadillac equipment designed to increase strength, elongate muscles and increase flexibility and balance. Experience a heightened consciousness of the mind-body connection through a series of controlled movements intended to bring about an increased awareness of muscle function and control.
HIKING
Our desert is a fascinating environment with unusual rock formations, twisting canyons, streams that flow rapidly and then disappear and wildflowers are blooming in infinite variety! Join us for guided moonlit and day hikes on one of the many trails to enjoy. All of our hikes are beginner to moderate day hikes.

High style meets a low-impact workout in the new touch screen Precor treadmill. As with all Precor® treadmills, it comes standard with Inegrated Footplan Technology™ to ensure a rewarding workout.
Integrated Footplant Technology (IFT) – Precor’s patented belt system adjusts belt velocity 100 times per second to match natural changes in foot speed, producing a smooth rhythmic stride and reducing the jarring impact that can stress joints and cause injuries.
